QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY
Fine Art Prints
All artworks and photography finals sent for print are carefully reviewed prior to send off. Once back from the printer, the printed works are checked for quality assurance, prior to handover to you.
Headpieces and artworks for sale
Headpieces are one-off items, mostly assembled using a eclectic mix of both second hand and new pieces. They are tested for general ware, photographed prior to handover and ‘they’ ask you to handle them with care.
If you receive an item that you feel has a defect, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please take a photo(s) and send this in with your notification, in order for Ana to review this issue. Email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
PAYMENT METHODS FOR ULTRA VIOLET LAIR
- Internet – Banking Transfer
We accept payments made via Internet banking from Australian Banks.
- Stripe (Credit Card payments)
We accept payment via credit card through Stripe with access to 25 countries throughout the world. This includes all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard & American Express. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.
ARE MY PAYMENTS SECURE?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. For your own safety we do not save any payment information.
It is our responsibility to maintain your privacy and that is what The Lair does. We do not share your personal information with third parties. Personal information on this website is solely used to provide the user with a personalised experience, as well as to process orders whilst your stay on here.
RETURNS are handled on a case by case basis. Ultra Violet Lair wants you to be happy! Please get in contact within 2 days after your item arrives to qualify for a refund.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
At Ultra Violet Lair, we pride in the creation as well as the packaging of the work to ensure it’s safe arrival. Where an item is found to be damaged on delivery, and the customer notifies Ultra Violet Lair of that fault within the first 48 hours after delivery, then Ultra Violet Lair will either:
